GlassesShopReviews of glassesshop.com

From them moment I started searching, I found it very easy to make my frame selection. You have a great selection of lenses too, that fit my budget. Your company is doing a great job, by having a user friendly website. My glasses arrived on time and my prescription is accurate.

Edit: The company reached out and offered me a full refund if I removed my review. I ordered black glasses with a white stripe. The stripe was uneven on one side and looked ridiculous. Per their request I sent them pictures and they told me that not all patterns match the pictures online, it wasn’t the pattern, it was a flaw in production and obviously there is no quality control. They said they would refund me 50% of the order minus $12.00 shipping and I had to pay the shipping to send them back. I told them I would cut my losses and never order from them again. The glasses are going in the trash. There are plenty of other places to order glasses from with better quality and better customer service. Buyer beware!

I had input my prescription wrong so when I received my glasses, I could not see out of them. I let them know the problem, they were replaced for free!! The frames are nice and good quality!!

I love my glasses

Easy shopping experience. The prices are also very reasonable.

Quick and seamless from putting in perscription to receiving the glasses.

This is my 3rd time ordering from glasses shop! We ordered 8 pairs between 4 family members and we love all of them! Will order again and will recommend

I had ordered two pairs of a certain style I liked months ago. I was so happy with the style, the service and the quality, I ordered two more... one, a back-up, and the other, a different color. Absolutely love them. Thanks!
