When I received the glasses they were well packaged in a padded glasses case with a glasses towel and the sunshade. They are well made glasses and they will have them out to you in about a week. I pulled my glasses off and went to put on the sunshade on the nose piece came off. I contacted them and they sent me out the same frames so I could put the lenses in and have a new pair of glasses. I suggest buying from this company because they're there to help and are willing to help after the glasses made it to you.

When I had an accident with my glasses, I went to the website to order a replacement pair. I had unfortunately lost the information I needed to reorder. Your customer service representative was able to look up my previous order and process a duplicate for me. I now have my replacement pair and can see clearly again for the new year.

I have order glasses online before and didn't always get what I thought I ordered. I have a prescription and almost impossible to find someone to make sunglasses for me. I am 100% satisfied with the product, time, and ease. You guys nailed it!
