Had a problem with the prescription (NOT the fault of GlassesShop). The customer service person indicated they would supply new glasses with the correct prescription for just the cost of shipping. VERY, VERY THANKFUL!!!

Picking out my glasses was easy. I know what shape works best with my face so I could filter for those. Then, there are tons of choices to pick from. The process from beginning to end was easy and quick. And most importantly affordable.
