Super easy to upload or enter your prescription love that it’s very convenient and user-friendly. Super affordable, wonderful pricing even for prescription glasses that I would normally pay two $300 for I’m now getting for a third of that price or less… And the frames are way cuter than any $300 pair of glasses I’ve ever had to purchase. I sent this feedback to the company and was told this is just how it is basically so now I am sharing this with everyone so it's clear. When I reached out for an ETA on my order, I asked for just that and was sent a screenshot of the general timeline for all orders. It was not until I took a guess and asked for confirmation as there were a lot of different parts to my order, did I get the true timeframe. When my order arrived there was $30 of customs fees that I was not expecting, but they did arrive very timely with the express shipping that I paid for. One thing I am disappointed in was that the photochromic lenses do not provide a sunglasses affect to me, as the viewer. I cannot tell when they change colour when looking through them properly, it's only when I take them off and turn them around do I see the colour change. Don't get me wrong the colour on the outside is cool but it does not lessen the light my eyes receive or at least it does not feel that way. I have to severely squint to see on a bright day, which is most days this summer. I thought these would be sunglasses, it seems I misunderstood. The glasses prescription was accurate and I provided a PDF of what the optometrist supplied so that's a plus but customer service and product description in my opinion could use some improvements. There was an incentive of 200 points to leave this review as well but I will likely not be returning.

Like the glasses that I bought very much! Good value! Time will tell how durable it is, but so far it's been solid!

Absolutely awful. They do not care about your glasses only your money. My prescription is -3 and -3.50 and I always have big plastic frames for a reason. So I chose the same. They sent two glasses with the lenses sticking out so much it touches my face. Prior to my order being made I emailed them asking about their lenses and to upgrade to poly which I thought was the thinnest. At noooo point did they look at my prescription and say hey… this won’t fit. Get in touch with the customer. They waited until I received the glasses. Contacted them annnnd guess what they still expect me to pay for the shipping, the new lenses OR pay to send the glasses back. I gave them every opportunity to fix their mistake, even went on the chat and called. Reddit has other reviews of the same. I wish I had seen before. Just go to your regular store it will be cheaper and faster.
