I have always purchased my glasses and sunglasses from them. When the post office delivered my glasses to a different city glassesshop was going to send me a new pair for free but I had them hold off to see if the post office was going to redeliver and they did.

The website made it easy to be able to plug in my prescription to ensure accuracy when ordering my glasses! So many styles and choices to choose from and was able to use the buy one get one free promotion! I also received my glasses in the mail in a timely manner with no complications!

I ordered two pair of glasses, one of which had prism in the prescription. I was delighted to get a message within a couple of days double checking that the difference was correct. On the other hand I did not get any emails notification that the glasses had been shipped, and the tracking on your site was not helpful. I left a phone message and an online message asking about the status of my order and never got a reply from either. I am happy to say that the glasses which I got after about three weeks are very nice.

When I ordered the glasses it was a pain trying to get the right size frame..I did all the measurements and one pair looks like they should be for a child..other pair is fine..also even though I put in all the numbers the eye doctor had down I still can't see out of the glasses..not sure why..
