I can not say enough about the customer service for glassesshop. I sent in my order, they called me to double checked with me on my eye prescription. All was great. I received my glasses LOVED them but I couldn't see out of them. I emailed and figured out I put the wrong PH. Figured we'll I messed up and I had glasses I couldn't wear. But low and behold they offered to remake my glasses with correct PH and I only have to pay S&H. Of course I jumped on that and I now have two fabulous glasses that I LOVE. Outstanding people to work with. Definitely will order again.

I've ordered glasses from this company for over 6 years. I've placed orders for my wife, my brother as well as myself several times and only twice an issue and both times resolved completely to my satisfaction immediately. The first mishap occurred a few years ago, my wife's glasses arrived and turned out we messed up the PD part that's not on the doctor's prescription so adversely affected the view. I contacted through Chat, and they simply replaced them even though my error. I placed 3 orderes in late 2024 and early 2025, 1 for my wife and 2 for me. I ordered 2 pair of single vison TV glasses and then 2 new pair of progressive. My wife's glasses arrived first, then ordered my progressive and a week or so later the TV single vision. I didn't realize a problem until I received the single vison first and no progressives. Looking at the tracking stated was delivered to the mailbox, unfortunaly wasnt MY mailbox because they never arrived. After no neighbors dropped off, and speaking to the mail carrier, obviously to me lost forever, whey someone would keep glasses with my prescription makes no sense, but just how some in society sadly are. Anyway, contacted customer service of everything I tried to do to locate, they (saving grace) offered to refund or replace my order. I need the glasses, and they immediately replaced the order and expedited them to me using a different carrier. Can't thank this company enough for their graciousness. Look for all those that seem to have issues, just be careful and don't rush... IF careful and measure your current fitting frames close and look to assure you're getting same dimensions as your current frames that fit the way you like, do so and odds same as us, they will fit like a glove when they arrive. And oh, yea don't forget to print the PD chart and have someone else give you the measurements. WHY they refuse to put that on the prescriptions... I don't know but we have asked our doctors both of them and they don't, saying it's something the department that makes the lens does. But cost saving especially with their great coupon codes, along with perfectly made lens can't beat this company. I'm retired on a fixed income so price matters, but quality does just as much. When you compared to other online sellers, trust when I say this company with coupon codes always has the lowest priced

Horrible customer service. Rude email responses. I bought several pairs of glasses thinking I could return the ones that didn’t fit properly. I was told I could return only for store credit. Or keep for 50% credit will not be purchasing from this company again. Glasses were clear lenses. So their response that the orders are custom-made is disingenuous. They were clear lenses. They were not prescription. There is no reason I couldn’t return the ones that didn’t work out for me.

I think this is a great company! I have ordered many pair of reading glasses online and most recently ordering my progressive online. The GlassesShop’s quality, price, selection and quick turnaround time cannot be beat. I highly recommend!!

I love how easy it is to virtually try on glasses. I have ordered several pairs over the last few years and have loved all of them. Nice to be able to see what you will look like without having to go to a store and actually try them on. I also love the big variety of frames and your affordable prices.

Love the quality of the glasses, I got two pairs because they had a BOGO which is very convenient for me. I love to switch up my glasses all the time and that can get expensive. This was affordable and fast even though I did regular shipping.

I've been buying through GlassesShop since 2020 and will continue to use them for a long time to come! Shipping can sometimes take a little bit, but for the value and quality I will happily wait.
