I order glasses on Jan 12th,2022 and we are 1 March and I just received an email stating that you still don't have the frames in. I previously called after 4,6 and 8 week period and received the same answer.. they could be arriving today.. lol. I want my glasses but it will most likely be my first and last pair order through your company.

Checkout was easy. Coupon for 15% off first order came quickly. Overall easy. The only things I would want to add is the ability to try on the glasses virtually.

My frames arrived & I couldn't be happier. When my original frames broke a few years ago I went back to the eye doctor & they charged me $143.00 to replace them. I didn't realize that I could have ordered them myself online until recently and saved over $100.00 until they broke again. I found GlassesPro a few weeks ago & they had my exact favorite frames which by the way my eye doctors receptionist said they were out of stock & tried to get me to spend $300.00 on different frames & lenses that I didn't have as I am on a disability fixed monthly income. My new frames arrived yesterday, they are the exact same ones as my old broken frames. My brother put my lenses in them & I am so happy. I would have given 5 stars but the survey came immediately after I placed my order. It should have come in the email that said delivery had been made because honestly who saves surveys for upwards of 3 weeks ? Other than that it was a great experience and in the future GlassesPro will get all our business.

SCAM scam SCAM scam The USPS tracking number cannot be verified as being received in the USPS system. The BBB website has GlassesPros as a Scam Business. The address for GlassesPros listed on the BBB site and Trustpilot website is a Federal Express distribution facility. It has been over 35 days since the order was placed even though GlassesPros policy is delivery of glasses within 10 to 15 working days. Too many excuses, apologies, delays, and lies from customer service. Too many RED FLAGS.

They have great selection and great quality glasses!! Website is easy to use and convenient.

Loved my frames, prescriptions wrong on both pairs. I emailed right away, no response. Sent messages through the site, no response. Talked to live chat person who was unhelpful, rude, and eventually told me to "just please send an email with your prescription", which of course they already have, sent again, no response. Paid for the transitions drivewear which is very helpful for it's purpose. In this case, I believe it was applied incorrectly. I asked live chat person if it was normal to get a 3D effect and headaches while wearing and she told me that that coating is supposed to be much darker. I knew that, and that wasn't my question. I hate having to return items, and have never felt the need to leave a bad review. I will update if my issues are addressed and/or solved.
