This package has had a shipping label…
This package has had a shipping label prepared for 3 days. It has never left the facility. I ordered frames without lenses. Turn around time is very poor. Communication with this company is very little to none.

I would recommend them higly…
Just like any business these past couple years it is crazy right now, but after getting a chance fo talk with the owner and actually hearing him out. Then having him explain in depth the issues with my order, how they are being fixed and trying to get my order correct rather than just just rush out a bad or damaged product. I am very impressed and understanding of the issues. I would recommend anyone that needs glasses give then a shot and you won't be disappointed in the product you receive

Great service
I found exactly what I wanted but had a hard time placing my order. Calling the company, I kept going to voicemail. When I started a chat, I was connected to Xyra, who was fabulous and helped me with everything! She was patient, polite, and knew exactly how to help me! If these glasses are as great as they look on the website, I’ll be back. Thank you, Xyra!

Still waiting
Order # 000001823 Still waiting for this order! I ordered on September 9th and it’s October 4th now. It has not been shipped so who knows how long I’m going to be waiting.
