I have not gotten the frames we…
I have not gotten the frames we ordered, nor have I seen any updates or had any communication, since placing the order. They were suppose to be here a week ago.

We want to assure you that your order was shipped from our facility on March 16th, and we have already sent you a detailed email explaining the situation. While we understand that you may be concerned, please note that once the order is shipped, we cannot control any postal delays that may occur with USPS. However, we did track your package, and according to USPS.com, it is set to be delivered to you on March 24th. We are sorry that you were unable to reach us over the weekend. Please note that our office hours are posted on our website, and we are closed on weekends. The moment we returned to the office, we reached out to you via email and politely explained the situation. We were unable to call you as we did not have a phone number on file for you. We kindly ask that you give us a call or reply to our email so that we can assist you further and explain the situation in detail. I received a replacement pair
I received a replacement pair after having trouble removing the screws to replace the arms of the first pair. GlassesPros does care that customers are satisfied.

Great products for a great price with exceptional service
I recently ordered a pair of sunglasses from glassespros.com and I accidentally selected the wrong color. I called them and their customer service team immediately worked with me to return the sunglasses and replace them with the right pair that I originally meant to order. Their customer service team (Mathew and Michael) provided exceptional service, went out of their way to support me, sent me a free shipping label back, and before my glasses were even in the mail the new pair were already on the way. They offer exceptional pricing on premier sunglasses and eyeglasses and I'm thoroughly impressed with their selection and their customer service. Thanks glasses pros!
