I was really skeptical from ordering from this place given the poor reviews, but it was the only place where I could get a specific Prodesign Axiom model at a reasonable price. I decided to gamble it and bought two of the same frames (different color), where the second was 50% off. A day later, I get a phone call saying the navy color I wanted is backordered until Dec, and they can do a partial shipment for the first frame as they are able to source it immediately from the manufacturer. I said sure. A week later, I get the package and I was surprised to two frames, and both in the colors I wanted! Not sure if I got lucky here or their service has improved a bit since then. I would definitely order again in the future as a result of my personal experience. I want to note that I only bought frames, with no lenses to go with them. The experience might be different if you're purchasing lenses. I generally take the frames to a local optometrist and order the lens from them instead.
