Ordering was easy, but Canadians beware!
Ordering was easy. We called to confirm stock and promptly got an email saying the frame was available. Now we’ve placed the order and will complete review when frames arrive. Frames arrived very quickly and exactly as expected! Now to Costco for lenses. A great experience! Canadian customers beware. Credit card charge arrived. If you think the price is CAD, it’s not. You will be charged in USD which makes the item 26% more expensive. Nowhere during the purchase process do you see a reference to currency. When I complained I was directed to a FAQ in the Payments section which says prices are USD. Just leaves a bad taste on what was otherwise a good experience!

Amazing
Glassespros.com was my first time buying glasses here and they have very respectful and have amazing staff one by the name Xyra. She helped me get what I needed and was very kind about it.
