I had a pair of sunglasses that were…stolen
I had a pair of sunglasses that were stolen out of my car and was looking to replace and hopefully find a discount. I found them here, cheaper than retail, AND received a 15% new customer discount! I am hoping the shipping is quick too. The ordering was simple. Highly recommend.

Placed an order for 2 pair glasses in…
Placed an order for 2 pair glasses in early August. 1 pair arrived in late September. The 2nd pair has no status and it’s already 2 months. No reply from glass pros…

Hi Dave, we apologize for your inconvenience. However, we would like to point out some pieces of our conversation in this comment that were not mentioned in your review. From what we see, your order was placed on August 14th (mid-August), and on August 17th, we got in touch with you to let you know that one of the frames is on manufacturer backorder. After getting your confirmation on August 25th, we ordered your frame. We also offered partial shipment for your first frame that was in stock (within the given 8-12 business day timeline). After sending multiple emails, we finally received your response on September 8th that you are okay with partial shipment and the frame was shipped out and was delivered on September 15th (again, mid-September). As far as your second frame is concerned, it is still on a manufacturer's backorder and we are waiting for it to get here. It will be shipped out with proper tracking information as soon as we have it. If you are not willing to wait for longer, please let us know and we will process a refund. SMITH and SUNCLOUD orders are affected due to the global shortage of shipping containers and we're sorry that your order is one of those. We are a small family-owned business and reviews like this can make or break our business. Therefore, we request you to update your review with your true shopping experience whenever you have time.
