Glasses arrived bent out of shape. I emailed and called no response. Disputed then charge, got an email they were going to send me to collections. Stay away.

They have the best deal online for several brand we know and love. Its my second time dealing with them and it keeps getting better. Exellent commulication very proffesional, promptly reply and answered all my question. It shows they are commited to provide 100% custumer satisfaction. Shipping was faster than I expected, I paid for the 3-7 days shipping option, it arrived in 2 days. I would like to add, I used my own lense from one of my Oakley Hex Jector, I had 3 this is my 4th pair and they fit perfectly in. So its proof they are 100% Genuine. The box was new unopen, all the accessory extra Nose-Pad, Hard Case and Microfiber Pouch were included as they should be. I will order more frame for sure!!

This place like the others said is a SCAM. I ordered Versace Glasses and they were fake to my knowledge. I sent them back having never put them on my face and they said they received them bent. Um, no. They are liars. Very good scammers at what they do - rip you off. I could give them 5 stars for that.

Emailed them requesting information on a brand they have on sale to order regarding sizes. Next day, the glasses I wanted was no longer on sale. LOL 😂 oh, also they never replied to my email. Read reviews about them being late on delivery and quality, I’m glad I didn’t order from them. What a bull crock of a company.

They charged me for Essilor lenses and sent me generic lenses. I only found this out when I went to an eyeglass shop to update my prescriptions and they checked my lenses. This business is a scam. Stay far away. They also promise a delivery date and it arrives way later.

This canadian company is Not providing any service, they have canceled my order twice because they said they don’t want to ship my order. It seems to be both complete Scammers , Charlatan & also typical Fascists who reject Muslim names, which has happened quite often in past year with christian based companies.

The worst experience ever. First, the classes I originally ordered we're no longer available when they checked with their supplier. They should update their website so that you don't have to order them first. Clearly attacked the steal your money. Second when they gave me the options for the glasses, the colors were completely misleading. Black is not green. When I got them the glasses were green. Third, the glasses are rimless. When I took them out of the box they click on a manipulated them. The lens rubs against the frame somehow. Very unstable. I called support and emailed them. All they did was reiterate their policy. The worst customer service ever. Ever. Do not buy from them

They took weeks to ship my glasses only for them to arrive defective. When I tried to submit a return through the website portal, it didn't work and only threw up errors. Their internal ticket email system also didn't work. When I accessed the chat feature they took half an hour per response over the course of 2 hours resulting in their closing before they could answer my questions about a refund. I am still waiting on a response. Just a truly awful customer experience and not worth buying from.
