This review is for glassesonweb.CA not to be confused with .COM ,Other then a weird shipping delay(only by a couple days) The product was legit and great quality ,as was the customer service.i will 100% deal with them again.i mean there was some red flags that made me nervous as you likley saw too but no worries,they are legit!! This was my very first time ordering online. To say I was hesitant and a bit apprehensive, is an understatement. I had tried on a bunch of frames at my local eye doctor (fyieyes) and had narrowed my choices to two. One a dream by coach, and the second Tiffany and co. I looked online and read reviews and scoured the internet, and finally found the exact same coach frame for 500.00 less than what fyi quoted me. Apprehensive I then came on trustpilot, and read HORRENDOUS reviews. From it taking months and months on end to receive glasses, to then being wrong, or not receiving them at all. 🥺…: anyway, yes, I made a few calls for updates, as the web was a little confusing, also, I didn’t get a notification for each new step of the progress. It took nearly four weeks, but my glasses finally arrived and honestly, they’re perfect! Everything’s great with the lenses, the frame is legit, so I felt like after all the hate talk, this company deserved a little love! 🥰♥️😁 if you’re hesitant like I was, or getting cold feet, just go for it! I regret nothing, am beyond happy!, and will definitely use the website again!

Ordered a pair of Oakley Wheelhouse sunglasses from this site. Initially I was skeptical due to the reviews here as I have no Order confirmation email and half the customer service links on the site don't really work... But then I was given a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and got the pair 5 days later. I'll be buying again from this site.

Took 5 weeks but glasses finally arrived! No confirmation email so make sure you write down your order #. I emailed twice regarding this issue and they politely sent me an email reassuring that the glasses are being processed and will receive a tracking number once it's shipped. A representative even called me and left me a voice message reiterating this. A couple weeks later I did receive a tracking number and it took another week and a half for it to arrive. Everything arrived perfectly. Glasses were clean and authentic. Lenses were correct and as expected. It came with the proper case and cleaning cloth. It did take a little longer but I can't complain with these prices I pretty much saved half of what I'd spend in a store. Just be patient.

Before I ordered my glasses from glassesonweb.com, I was really scared by some reviews. I spoke to their custom service, it seems that they are nice and reasonable and no pushing at all. By considering their really attractive price，I decided to give a try. I ordered a Hugh Boss frame, single vision 1.67 high index lenses and premium package for coating. I placed the order at Dec. 30 2019 and received it at Jan. 15 2020. It is a bit slow maybe because I don't know what may happen or it is a scam maybe. However, I am really happy with the glasses I received. The frame is authentic. I don't know the coating, which looks right. The prescription is right. Now I need to deal with my vision insurance company for an out-of-network reimbursement. In all, I am very happy with this purchase. If the processing was faster, I will give it 5 stars.

I was a little nervous at first bc I always read reviews before buying anything, I thought the website was secure .. Everything went smoothly .. The only problem was that they had a delay on the glasses but I received them and they are really high quality .. I will buy from them again if I had too .. Overall it was good!!!
