Shipping is trash

Took a little too long to come in other than that it was alright

I purchase some glossy black frames (GG0964O × 1 004 Black "US Stock:1 Week" / 55-18-150). My order took about three weeks to arrive because they didn't have it in stock. However, their customer service was exceptional, quick responses. My frames are beautiful, will shop here again. Thank you GlassesEtc.

I love that these are the exact glasses I wanted. I love the prices of course. I did communicate with customer service via email and I was pleased with the fast response. Delays not too thrilling, but when your purchase arrives you will be pleased!!

Beautiful glasses. Exactly as described! I will definitely be buying more in the future. Great price!!!

Took a month to get it

They never sent my glasses, when I sent an email asking for my money back, they never responded to my email. I ended up having to go to my bank to get my money back.

I look like a superstar with these shades
