Glasses are awesome. But I waited a whole month before I received my order. Only cuz I had emailed them on the status of the order.

I had a problem with my glasses being out of stock but I was contacted immediately and was helped to figure out what I wanted to do. I ended up just waiting for the ones I wanted to come back in stock but they kept me updated with the order and I changed my address as well and they helped changed the address over. Very helpful and I love my glasses!

I contacted the company to return my glasses because I was unable to have my prescription put on them because there is no adjustment screws. Company sent me return label (did not include time table for returning). I returned the unworn glasses and they were returned to me with no explanation. When I finally got a response to my e-mail as to why they were sent back to me, I was advised there was a time limit for the return. Very sketchy excuse. Glasses are still being sold on line and these glasses have never been worn and are brand new.

I love my new glasses. They are sturdy and super cute! The shipping was fast and the product itself is just so perfect.

You sent me one pair instead of two and I am trying to return the one I did get and you refuse to answer calls or emails or send me a return label. This company is fraud.

My experience with you guys was one of the worst experiences I have ever had, I pay for express delivery and I received my glasses two months later and Theo were not even the one that I ordered so am very disappointed ☹️

Fraudulent company you stole almost 300 hundreds dollars from. Me.complaint about it and still not received my money it's been almost 2 months and I didn't even received a tracking info I will call my bank and report your company also will post about it in your reviews
