Great selection of eyewear for a good price and I got them delivered quick

I have always had great outcomes with glasses.com. Prices lower than retail stores. Great Selections, prompt billing to my insurance and quick turnaround. Love my newest purchase!

I never received my glasses. I was impressed that shipping was so fast despite not getting the overnight option. I went to check my mailbox as soon as the delivery email appeared but my glasses weren't there. I haven't had a problem before with packages not arriving but it must have gotten delivered to the wrong address as there was no time for porch pirates to take my package. I asked my neighbors if they had gotten the package but no luck there. USPS said that it was "delivered" and not missing so they're not going to help. I am just a bit upset since I used my insurance to get them. I am revising my review as my opinion has changed. I was contacted by the company that day and discussed what happened with them. I was sent a replacement pair of the glasses I ordered, and I could not have been happier. I highly recommend this company not only for the customer service, but for the quality of the glasses. I got the blue light, polycarbonate lenses, and there is a noticeable difference when comparing them to my old pair. Also, the frames feel well-made and not cheap.

had a few problems accessing insurance benefits. also not being able to order more than one pair at a time with insurance
