This is my second Armani Exchange order, and both times the item arrived with an extremely tight fit and uneven construction, with one side noticeably off-balance, giving it a lopsided appearance and feel.

The glasses did not match the way they appeared during the online try-on experience. They are longer than shown with the camera tool and much too large for my face.

Extremely fast process of making the glasses and shipping out in just a couple days!! Wonderful Frame but TERRIBLE that the lens were NOT made to my RX info. How do these labs NOT read the RX that you send them?? Now the Return process is a snails pace and saying that could be several weeks. WOW!! No reorder here, just a refund!

The prescription selected was for progressive lenses. The lenses delivered are single vision and as such, useless to me. I need to see to work.

Customer service representative did what I asked for but she is not the best to talk to. I don't know what's going on with her on that day but definitely they have to do better. Not doing business again.

Great customer service and a great selection of glasses, but it was a pain in the butt to check out. First, my insurance wouldn't pop up or be accepted, even though this is one of the three main providers. Fine, I'll submit a claim and pay out of pocket. When completing checkout, I kept getting an error and had to retry for 20 minutes before it finally went through (after submitting with the same info).

I wasn't able to get the glasses I wanted because extra copays were required with your lenses that aren't at other places. I just wanted plain poly lenses.
