I got my glasses yesterday, I can see good, BUT, they put my prescription in THE WRONG FRAMES! I EMAILED THEM IMMEDIATELY, but haven’t got an answer back yet! Maybe I’ll try to call them today.

Glasses do not fit well. When you buy in store they will fit them on you when they arrive. Didn’t think about this when ordering online

My glasses arrived and the frames were beautiful though that was where it ended. The prescription was wrong and they refused to change to correct. They had the correct prescription and it was out of the area of error and the progressives wouldn't get dark at all. They also refused to help me there. Returned for a full refund to myself and my insurance. I would not use them again!

I’m disappointed in the frame, the arms are a rigid type. I have always wore the frame that the arms move out at the connection point. I also thought that I got the transition lens was polorized ? Also they didn’t seem to darken very much in the sunlight. Thank you

I thought the ease of ordering and website navigation was great! Customer service was very helpful and friendly. I do not like that I paid extra for 48hr delivery and did not get that. I was also disappointed to see that when I opened my glasses case I saw that a lens already had a smudge on it, which I assume happened during the packing process.
