I ordered frames and prescription…
I ordered frames and prescription lenses. They only sent me frames and basically now its my problem. Won't reship correct glasses with prescription lenses but rather are sending me a return label and then going through the process of recrediting my credit card and insurance, which is a process before I can order glasses again. For a first time experience, less than ideal. Will not be utilizing glasses.com again.
