The lens were blurry so I had to give it back, It has been over 40 days since my returns are delivered. No refunds and false promises!

I tried this company twice and even though I submitted them my prescription and had my eyeglasses adjusted the lenses were just wrong, It made me have blurry vision regardless despite allowing my eyes weeks to get adjusted. Their frames are nice, but the lenses quality stinks.

It has been over 30 days since my returns are delivered. No refunds. Contacted them over 10 times and asked to get supervisor call back numerous times. No call backs, no refunds, no emails, no updates. Worst nightmares. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I will file complaint with FTC, state attorney and BBB. Their customer service is literally garbage and non-existent. If you are unsatisfied about your experience or is taking forever to get your money back, or that they are making false claims or promises. FILE A FTC COMPLAINT NOW!! With enough complaints the FTC will sue them!

If i could give this "company" zero stars that is what they would get. I have never in my life had such displeasure working with a business. Everything and anything they could get wrong they did. Their website is glitchy, prices expensive - all of that i could have dealt with. Unfortunately, they make it more difficult to actually get your glasses than I imagine it is to get something illegal within the united states. They cancel orders without informing the customer for a variety of reasons that could be EASILY rectified. Then its hit or miss if they even let you know your order is canceled. This is after weeks of waiting. They do not communicate this to you. It is only AFTER i email them to find out what is holding up the order do they let me know the order is canceled. They are completely indifferent through their "chat" app. They do nothing in ANY way to help. NOTHING. They wont even expedite the next order even though I've been waiting for WEEKS. And here is the best part. There is literally no one to talk to. Like you cannot speak to anyone. Just text chat with completely unprofessional "support staff?" I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told it would take 7 days. Guess what? Seven days came and went and no one called. They aren't like any customer service I've ever dealt with before. Don't walk RUN away from this awful "business."

I recieved my glasses today and am sad to say that the entire order is incorrect. They are not the frames I ordered, they are not transitional lenses. They don't fit and most importantly I can not see through them at all. not even close to the prescription I ordered. They are so blurry I can't see anything. I know the script my neuroptomologist gave me is correct and the glasses I recieved are not even close! I need to know how to return these and get my money back as soon as possible so I can actually get my glasses that I need. I have a major light sensitivity and require the transitional lenses. I am seriously dissapointed in your service. NOTHING about my order was correct. not even the lense or the prescription. Do you want to be treated terribly? Do you want to wait 5 days before getting a email response? Do you want to wait 30 days to get a refund in the case that a glasses won't fit you. If your answer is YES to all of the above, this website is for you! They have the most terrible customer service, even calling it terrible to being generous to my opinion. Their customer service representative is absolutely incompetent. They told me my order will be cancelled and it got shipped. They told me my return label will come "in under an hour" and it took 5 days. They told me a refund will be issued "within 14 business days" and I have to send them >10 emails basically harassing them to get them to give me my money back after 30 days. AVOID AT ALL COST. IT IS NOT WORTH THE FRUSTRATION! GO TO COSTCO, ZENNI OR OTHER WEBSITES. DO NOT USE THEM. WORST NIGHTMARES!

Almost a month and still have not received my glasses. I sent a message on their site two weeks ago and NEVER GOT A REPLY. The updates they send are computer generated messages and really do not say anything. This is one of them: "Production and shipping times vary depending on your prescription and the nature of your order, as well as which shipping method you choose. Once your glasses are ready our Quality Assurance Team will test them for approximately 1-2 business days before shipping them out." This was generated when I asked how long will it take for my glasses to be delivered. Again it's been almost a month!

Ordered a pair of eyeglasses. It took forever to receive them, but I finally received them and they work well. So a week later I decided to order a pair of prescription sunglasses. Big mistake. It took them almost a week to verify my prescription, then two days later I get an email saying my order had been cancelled. So I contacted glasses.com and was told their lab was unable to make my lenses. It's a simple single-vision prescription and they were unable to make it?? Sounds like they need a new lab. Anyway, DO NOT waste your time with this outfit. Even if they 'can' make your lenses, be prepared to wait several weeks to receive your order.
