Don't buy glasses from this company. Unfortunately my vision insurance works with them, which is what led me to believe they were reputable (will have to send a message to Superior Vision about it). I used my end of the year FSA money to purchase prescription sunglasses. Over two weeks later, I received a message telling me it was delayed. I wait a week and contact them on chat. I'm told my order was canceled because they didn't have the frames in stock (this is three weeks later and no one reached out to tell me this). The representative I talk to puts me on hold and comes back to tell me that they will let me pick replacement frames out because I was concerned I would lose the refunded money. I go to all this effort to find a replacement and she tells me she put it through and all was good. Well, today...almost a month after I placed my original order, I'm told the entire order is canceled. No replacement in process. Nothing. Oh and a lame 30% off voucher which does me no good since I'm likely losing the refunded FSA payment (assuming they even refund it without me getting on their case...certainly not letting them keep it). Over $200 gone. Glad I didn't purchase the more expensive ones I was looking at. Please find someone more reputable for your glasses. I wish I had read reviews before I got involved with them.

CHAOTIC
This place is chaotic. I decided to give them a try after reading all these negative reviews, and I also ended up regretting it.
Long story short, I’ve been wearing my pair of Michael Kors glasses for a while. I got my new prescription from another brand, and then decided I wanted to get my new prescription using the same Michael Kors model I wear. These glasses can go from $280 to $400 online, and I found these on sale on glasses.com for way under $200, so it was a good deal.
I ordered the pair, they arrived, and the prescription was right. However, I noticed that the right len was a little loose, and the legs have an attachment that comes off. My original glasses (same model) was in perfect condition, so I could tell the ones sent by glasses.com have a defect. I contacted customer service, and they agreed to replace under their warranty.
I get contacted multiple times asking me to provide a photo of my prescription. I sent them (multiple times) a photo of my prescription, which was printed by my ophthalmologist’s office. I’ve been wearing these prescriptions for a while now (btw, my prescription is single vision). Time after, glasses.com sends me my replacement glasses, but I ended up receiving a completely wrong prescription (progressive). The receipt showed the prescription numbers, and every single number they used on the new glasses (even the PD number) was wrong.
I emailed them back asking why they got my prescription wrong if I’ve sent them the same photo multiple times, on top of that, they can see my correct prescription on my purchase history.
They apologized, asked me to return the defective glasses, and generated a new order. I returned the faulty glasses. Then again, they messaged me 3 different times asking me to confirm my prescription. On each email they keep saying random stuff about progressive lenses, and each time I tell them that I never used progressive lenses in my entire life, and that they should look at the photo I send them of my prescription, which clearly is single vision.
I again, sent them the photo of my prescription. After a week, they cancelled my replacement order out of the blue. I messaged them asking why they cancelled it, and they said that my prescription was single vision and the order was progressive. I messaged them again saying that my original glasses had the correct prescription and never have I ever provided them with progressive prescriptions. The photo of my prescription (which again, was provided by my ophthalmologist’s office) is correct and is not single vision. I don’t understand why they keep asking me about progressive glasses and why they sent me the wrong prescription when I already sent them a photo 5+ times.
I’ve been going back and forth with these people for over a month, and they left me hanging after my last message (about 5 days ago).
I’m tired of going back with them and this has been such a terrible and disorganized experience. I’ve been wearing glasses for 13+ years and ordered glasses from some of the cheapest companies, and I’ve never had anyone send me some random wrong prescription.

Obviously messed up lenses!
Received my glasses ($800 pair) and one of the lenses was very obviously missing the anti-reflective coating. It came with a slip showing who inspected and passed the glasses. that means not only the person who amde them failed to coat both lenses, which im not sure how that would happen, but whoever inspected them also didnt even look at the lenses! I started a chat and was told by the associate that she would look into it and get back to me, 20 minutes late the chat times out so I restart it and get "our live support is closed for the day" She lied that she would look into something just so she could clock out! I started a new chat the next day and they said in order for them to send me a new pair, I have to return the incorrect pair (which i sent them picture proof of) i tried to argue that is not ideal because I wont be able to see until the replacements come. But they were adamant that the defective pair had to be returned BEFORE sending the new pair. I had no other option but to agree and they told me it could be 2 or 3 weeks before the replacement pair arrives... 800 bucks and this is the service and quality they give? 100% will NEVER use or recommend this company again.

This is the absolute worst service
This is the absolute worst service. I came here bc they had the frames I liked. I had to get 4 pairs before anything was right - and even then the last one wasn't. I had to go LensCrafters to get them to fix what glasses.com people didn't.
These people do not respond in a timely manner. They always contradict what their website says (my order clearly said it was 1-2 day shipping and I had the picture to prove it), and they denied it. Half of these people do not even know anything about the products or procedures - even the supervisors. The supervisor TYLER was the ONLY knowledgeable and helpful person besides Austin H.
Their website was constantly messed up where I couldn't input my insurance (which they do carry). Why say contact us if you can't contact you? You click on the link and what do you get - sorry this page doesn't exist. No one wants to chat 100 percent of the time and waste hours a day (as in my case) just trying to order something, return something etc. Give a durn phone number for people to use!
Them nor Luxottica gives a crap about service, only taking your money! Second and third pairs were wrong, even prescription, and as I said the fourth I still had to get help with.
If you want good service, this is NOT the place to go. It has been a TOTAL WASTE of time and these people do not care.
I can go on and on with more, but you get the picture.
AND as you see I posted this in January 2022 and they just now respond - June 16, 2023.

Wrong prescription sent
Wrong prescription sent. Took forever to receive. No human customer service . Txt chat email only.
I have spent over a week everyday trying to get just a copy to print of my return label the website has been down for over a week they tell me they're going to text to send me the email. No such thing I will now be calling the credit card company because I have spent days and days and hours and hours going over the same thing.
And the prescription glasses I ordered are no good so it's been since the 25th of December. Deplorable.

SCAM - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
I ordered glasses on 12/8 and still not have received my glasses!! Absolutely horrible customer service. They provided me with FAKE tracking information. My prescription was verified the same day so there was no issue with that. This site should we shut down as this is a SCAM!!!!!

Deserve less than 1 star.
Deserve less than 1 star. There is no telephone service. Super slow and WORST customer service ever. I received the wrong RX glasses. I need double vision, they gave me single vision glasses. All I wanted was a replacement with the correct lenses / glass but the agent refuse to replace. Offer for a refund but my insurance benefits won't be restored in time to use my benefits for 2021. Customer service refused to help and refused to escalate to anyone who could help. DO NOT USE Glasses.com.

First and last time
Ordered on 12/31/21. Received email on 1/3/22 that order has been cancelled. No number to call. Rep on Chat said they can't put my prescription into the lens :O wearing glasses for 15 year and never heard that before from any places I have received glasses in the past. When i asked to ship frame only, they can't ship frame only either, need to submit new order, make full payment, they will file insurance and then you hope that they will refund.
