Glass were made perfectly and shipped very fast. The darkening of the transition isn’t as dark as I’d like. Price was great compacted to our local eye glass retail store.

Easy to order, great price, and I received my glasses as promised and on-time!

The ordering process was easy but the shipping took a lot longer than expected! I just got them yesterday and they are way to wide for my fave 😢 so now I have to bring them to LensCrafters to see if there's anything they can do to make them fit, a huge inconvenience! I don't know why they don't put the measurements on the site of the glasses like most other places do where they show the bridge difference and the length of the pieces that go on the side of your head. These measurements would have made it a lot easier for me to see if they would fit! I've never had sunglasses or glasses that are this large from left to right on my head and I truly don't know if there's a way for them to even fix it, but I'm praying that there is because I absolutely love the sunglasses! Applying my insurance was really easy but the fact that you can't use promo codes while using your insurance. I think it's a bit ridiculous! I want to save the money on my insurance allowance so that I have money to get other things I need, like perhaps another pair of glasses during the year if I need them. Also, when they offer a discount code to be used with insurance of $40 and I only pay out of pocket. $24.99, for the insurance, the remaining $15 of the coupon should go back to credit what they charge my insurance, but apparently they're too lazy to do that, which is very disappointing! I'm truly just hoping I don't have to find another pair because the ones I got were pretty cheap and in my budget and most of the other ones I like are not and that would be really sad!

Glasses are nice but they arrived crooked. The glasses case was partly open with the glasses partly out rattling around inside a larger box. Disappointed that they are crooked.

Pretty good, I think the transition glasses are not the correct depth of color. They do not seem to be getting as dark as I had requested. I’ve only had them for a day so we will see. That said price was great. By far the best price point I could find. Lenses seem good, aside from they don’t seem to get dark enough in the sun.

This is my second pair of glasses from glasses.com and both experiences were excellent. If they were more reasonably priced I’d give five stars.
