Glasses.comReviews of glasses.com

Glasses are very good. Arrival was prompt. You should expect a case with them. I have to go buy one.

The glasses were nice but I wish I could have purchased a higher index transition lense. I also wish I could have used my insurance benefits in a way that didn't make me pay anything out of my own pocket. The system is rigged. Not fair.

I've been wearing bifocals for 32 years. I did not find an option on Glasses.com to select bifocals with lines, only progressives. I'm having trouble adjusting to progressives, stumbling on the stairs and tripping over things because I can't focus correctly. I wish that choosing bifocals with lines was an option.

Unilaterally, Glasses.com made changes to the lenses without discussing it with me. Prisms were added that I struggled with. They made me feel like I had motion sickness. The magnification adjustment to the right eye was wrong. I asked for the glasses to be remade consistent with the prescription and they work great.

My prescription was saved to my profile, I ordered reading glasses but it did not incorporate the Add to the lens for these glasses and so now I have glasses that are the wrong prescription for my needs. I want to return them but it said it would take a day or two to get the shipping label to me - but it seem like there is no return in progress because I did not receive any confirmation of my return request after I submitted it. The lens frames are tortoise color and have a weird pattern on one lens that makes them unsightly. I am overall extremely disappointed in my shopping experience with glasses.com.

The frames were listed for $70 including lenses I paid the $25 balance. I just received a bill for an additional $75 more which listed the frames for $200+ and additional fees for the lens. Your site was misleading with its pricing and/or false advertising.

I loved the frames. The shipping was quick. But my lenses feel off I read doubles so I think something is a mess. Not sure how to fix this . Any advise

These are definitely not extra thin, as ordered and paid extra for- will be contacting customer service. They were easy to order with a brief phone call.
