Hello, I received my new glasses today. I ordered the COACH Striated Maple/Blueberry Frames, because I have Blue eyes. The Frames I received are DARK and look nothing like your website photo for the Frames from which I ordered, (the Blue and Maple colors) I have spent a LOT of time researching a color of frames that would be suitable for me and a lot of money too on this pair of glasses. I am not happy with the incorrect coloring of the frames. I have photos of what you show online, the color frames I picked out, and a photo of what I received, very dark frames. The lenses are good but not happy with the Frames. Please advise. Sincerely, Deborah Hartless

Ordered glasses. Received glasses through transit and the left lens was out of frame as well as scratches. Talked to customer service and they let me know that glasses do not have to be sent back, and a new pair would be sent to m. That’s good! However, paying 600 dollars plus, huge dissatisfaction. I need these glasses to see.

I received the wrong glasses, that I could even look through. Tried to speak to a representative, but took me 6 times in chat, to get to someone. Not satisfied, so I demanded a shipping label to return and get a refund. Then was told it was up to me to contact your company to stop my insurance payment.

I’ve purchased several glasses from you guys but this new pair (Ray Ban) is super flimsy, squeaks as the lens don’t really fit, so whole eye frame move around. Pretty disappointing

The first time ordering from them, the frames were cheap plastic and the paint peeled off of them causing an allergic reaction on my skin. The lenses were made from the cheapest plastic I've ever seen. To their credit, they did send me a new pair with better lenses. Though, I am not even sure the progressive prescription lenses they put in are correct, even the second time around. My eyes blur and hurt while wearing them. I feel better wearing nothing. Go in person to buy glasses. Like learning, that is the gold standard.

Glasses were poorly made. Lenses rattling in frames.

The chat person didn't know what she was talking about and the transition is to high up. Its almost in straight line. I think this is because all the glasses are big lenses now but it gave me a headache. Im going to check with my optometrist and see if the dimensions were wrong and she needs to adjust the script or if the production of my lenses is off.
