It's a scam. I ordered my glasses almost 2 months ago, order never shipped. Took me several weeks to get them to cancel my order and refund me. Go somewhere reputable, don't waste time and energy with this website.

My daughter and I needed new glasses to start the year. We both ordered glasses the same day. Mine shipped easy peasy. My daughter's need her prescription sent in 5 times in 3 days and then we got an email that it would be 10 business days to process. Not a big deal. We figured mid January they would ship. First of February still nothing. I emailed and they said they were pending and that they would get them out as soon as possible. They showed up 2 days later via next day air. No big deal. My daughter is 15 has been wearing glasses for over a decade and is very careful as she's legally blind and actually enjoys being able to see. She took her glasses off 5 days after getting them to wash her face after school and the weld that connects the frame to the earpiece snapped. I got on with customer service and they apologized and said they'd ship a replacement pair the next day. February 16th I get an email asking why I need the replacement. I replied with all the same information. 4 days later I get an email that they don't have a copy of her prescription and can't make the replacement pair. I submit a copy directly to the email provided. On the 21st I get another email that they don't have her prescription. I submitted it again. The 27 I get yet another email asking why we need the replacement and her prescription. I have completely lost all faith in this company and asked them to cancel the replacement, I'll go elsewhere as she needs glasses now and the tape holding the broken pair together is beyond frustrating.

TL;DR Frames arrived bent. Got replacements. Noticed something was off and after looking at the prescription 5/6 values for my prescription were out of tolerance. Placed my order and the glasses arrived two weeks later. Upon immediate inspection one of the arms was bent. Contacted support and was painless trying to get a replacement. Four weeks go by and still haven't gotten my replacements, and I was getting a "we're working on your order" email every week. Contacted support and said I wanted a refund as it was ridiculous having a not working pair of glasses for 6 weeks. The support person insisted on having her raise to priority of the order to push it soon. By the end I convinced her I wanted a refund and she assured me it went through. Lo and behold I get a notification three days late my order has shipped. It's been two weeks, and I haven't received a refund so its obvious she never initiated the refund request. I installed the lens and immediately noticed something was off. Luckily I saved the receipt and realized that one of the prescription was off. The Sphere, Cyl and axis were outside tolerance ranges for one lens and the Sphere and Cyl were out of tolerance ranges for the other. Gonna contact support again. Hopefully it goes smoothly and they finally give me my refund. If not, I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Seriously I am never going to order from them again and suggest everyone else stay away.

Glasses arrived and prescription was clearly wrong, left lens was not even close. Returned, and after the glasses were received back, I called to inquire about replacement order. Was told I needed to re-confirm my prescription (?), which I never received an email from glasses.com about. Then, after doing so, I received an email that the frames I selected (and had JUST returned to them) were out of stock...leaving a refund as my only recourse. Nope, never again.

Terrible and slow. Refund was never to be found after 30 days of returning product. Slow to ship, no confirmation emails nor communication in the middle.

This site is terrible. Never order from it. I ordered my glasses A MONTH ago, and they have yet to finish PROCESSING. They keep moving the date forwards and when I spoke with their live chat option, they could not even tell me what the problem was. I tried to call them, but they did not respond. I emailed them to demand a cancellation and refund, but I am uncertain if that will ever happen. Fingers crossed.

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses and the company never notified me that they had canceled one or the pairs because it was backordered. Just emails saying it's still delayed.

Placed an order earlier this month (2/23). Glasses were shipped to store and were supposed to arrive today. They still haven't even shipped yet. Called to ask where My order is, customer service rep had no idea so I just asked to cancel. No cancellation email, still says processing in my account. Paid nearly FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS for these glasses and they're nowhere to be found. I've ordered from multiple online vendors and have literally paid 1/5th the cost and they ALL ALWAYS shipped on time if not early. Save your money. This place is actually the absolute WORST.
