I resently bought eyeglass frames from Eyeglasses.com and they ripped me off for an extra hundred dollars, the frames I bought were advertised on there website for 99.50 when they billed my insurance it was a 199.00 dollars. I called them and spoke to someone one about the issue she informed me that when you use insurance you pay full retail price even though they advertised it at a different price ain’t that sneaky 😈 they don’t tell you any different they don’t have any thing about it posted on their website at all but they will tell you all about it after they have pulled the old bit and switch on you and it’s to late that’s a real dirty way to do business with people and families struggling with today’s high prices for everything companies like this one gotta steal that much more from you and your families with trickery bad people don’t do business with them you’ve been warned it’s the TRUTH

Terrible experience with my prescription glasses order. When I received the order, I was shocked that the lens are sticking outside the frame (a RayBan plastic frame) in the front. If the lens are slightly thicker than the frame, then the lens should be flush with frame in the front, but can be a little bit outside in the back. In my 30+ years of wearing and buying prescription glasses from all different places, it's always this case. I don't know if Glasses.com has any quality check before mailing to customers, and how can my order pass the check. The worst thing is that this happened to the replacement order too: I called and was told they will send me a replacement order and fix the issue. However they said they only send replacement out after receiving the return. I returned and mailed the first order back, and then got the replacement order in the mail and it's the same issue. I seriously think that they just sent the same pair back. It puzzled me: how can they just bluntly send customers a product with such obvious and silly errors, even after I told them the issue and they said they can correct it? Called/online chatted with the customer service twice and asked for a refund this time. Three weeks of time wasted and I'm waiting for my refund now. My advice to people who are looking for buying prescription glasses online: there are tons of other choices and stay away from glasses.com

If you zoom in it is visible in the picture but doesn’t say anywhere else they are Coach + Disney. They are not designed for kids so I don’t know why they would put Mickey Mouse on them but that is not what I wanted.

Their website is HORRIBLE! I tried both iPad & iPhone and was never able to look at eyeglasses without having to go back and reload home page. Extremely frustrating. Tried on many different days & times. Will not be using them

My issue is with customer service and the fact that they will not give a straight answer. I will NEVER use them again. When I ask them for information on my order numbers, they either give a canned response or say I have to supply, email, phone number, shipping address, AND list of what's in the order. Evidently they can glean NONE of this from the actual order number. I will warn everyone I know. They had ample chance to give me information and avoid this review. Now I have the canned response from them and ZERO response once I reached out again per their response here. AVOID DEALING with this group! FINAL UPDATE - the response from them means nothing. I did as they suggested and still no response. I will NEVER use them again. Nor will any of my friends or relatives.

Placed order at the the 1st of the month. It's the 21st and they're still processing. Paid extra for exp shipping so I can get them a month after ordered? They're customer service wasn't of any help either. They wouldn't do anything and said I just had to wait a couple more days for processing. Worse place to get glasses from

First when I ordered these I received someone else glasses and information. The second time I received the riser i received these glasses however they were damaged, they looked like someone dropped them on the floor, stepped on them and put them in the box. My money has been tied up for over 2 weeks and another 30 days for the lengthily return process. Save your time and money and order somewhere else.

No customer support. 0. My order number doesn't work (the one I saved from my email) and there's no one to talk to if you call them. They hang up on you if you call and talk to sales trying to get info. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
