Follow up… on Oct 31 I wrote that I had been trying to return a pair of glasses and could not get a response either through their website form or through their “contact us” email. They responded to my review with a supposedly magical email address that would solve all of my problems. I emailed that address. I have STILL not gotten a response! The website says you can return glasses. Why else would anyone buy glasses online? I have made 4 attempts by various means of communication to return glasses and no one has responded except through this review site pretending to be helpful. I am about ready to call them a scam!

Still have not received reply about a broken pair of glasses due to manufacturer quality issue. sent pictures and still no reply. If I'd not purchased the exact pair I'd still be without glasses several months later.

I am extremely disappointed. I was supposed to receive Okley authentic lenses with transition light responsive treatment. I have ordered the same Okley glasses multiple times before. However, this is the first time that I have ordered them from glasses.com. These lens are not Okley Authentic as they do not have the laser inscribed O on the lens. Also, they are not coated in the Transition light responsive treatment but instead have the original transition signature Gen 8 coating. I know this because my previous glasses have the Transition light responsive treatment which works in my car and the ones received do not darken in my car. I reached out to correct the issue and It took over a week for someone to even acknowledge the mistake. They offered to correct the issue (which is great of them) however, since I responded there has been no new communication. My last email was sent on 2 weeks ago with a follow up 5 days ago. No one has responded.

I have been waiting for a reply to 3 emails I sent. The glasses arrived broken. One of the lenses were not in the frame. It is to big. I’m so upset that I have gotten absolutely no response from your company. I want a return label and a refund. I no longer want the glasses.

order took way too long to be delivered. When they finally arrived, the glasses were of very poor quality. I tried to return them but I could not get a return label from glasses.com. Avoid these scam artists at all costs. Edit: I replied to your message via email 2 days ago and haven’t received a response.

Stop sending me emails to Rate my glasses! I returned said glasses and you already received my return (as per its tracking info). They were too big and the process of ordering them and using my insurance to pay for them was a nightmare, and needlessly complicated.

This was riddled with issues and i will never use glasses.com again.. First the website reset a selection to the default during ordering. Then I found out orders can ONLY be changed during the hour immediately after ordering. Then customer service is pretty much limited to a webchat service that drops an active session the minute you (accidentally or not) click a link on whatever page you called it from. Then a return label was requested and never delivered via email which required another chat session. Then I returned the order to replace the glasses with what I had actually selected and nothing happened with that. So another chat session was needed. I am now waiting for my refund, which supposedly can take up to 15 days. Buyer beware. These people also run target optical and some other glasses selling sites! EDIT: Emailed them twice now, still nothing. I'll be filing a complaint with my state's consumer protection agency and starting the charge-back process for the refund I am STILL waiting for. GLASSES.COM - Scammers live here!

When I received the box that the glasses was delivered in, the box was not only crushed. It looked like someone opened it up on the side. Glasses case was hanging out. I had it delivered to Lens Crafter being that my appointment was 2 days after delivery.... Glasses were bent and they're Dolce and Gabana frames. Definitely on the fence about using them again
