This is my 2nd time purchasing with glasses.com, my 1st pair of glasses have been worn for 2 years now. They are durable, fashionable and fitted properly on my face. This most recently purchase was not a good experience. The glasses did not fit properly, they were not durable (cheaply made) and my vision was not aligned.

Absolutely horrible experience at lens crafters for pickup. Basically handed me a bag with glasses and offered nothing. Did not help with trying them on or anything. Really disappointed in this experience. The fit has been absolutely horrible and really regretted buying these…

It took much longer than expected. I was reimbursed for half the price I paid because of the company mistakes that were made.The glasses look great but they are very heavy and leaves more marks on my nose than I am used to.

I received a damaged package with some parts broken. I sent them back, could i receive arefund or can you replace the glasses. When I sent them back no response.

Your company is an absolute joke I have had I believe five remakes of my glasses every single time they are incorrect the first time you had the bifocals solo that I couldn’t see anything. Plus the prescription was completely wrong. Same with all the other times they’ve been completely wrong so I just had to end up going somewhere else and taking those glasses and just sending them back because you don’t measure the eyes your customer service they’re so so so rude And I would never ever recommend you to anyone ever again

Shipping was a total train wreck...I'm not going to order from glasses.com next time..sorry, but I can get them locally and skip the aggreavation.

I typically don’t do reviews, but you can’t make my situation up with glasses.com. Glasses.com sent 5 separate failed pairs of RX glasses. We started out by 2 damaged right from the lab with bent frames or arms. Then they sent the 3rd exchanged pair loose in a cardboard box without any protection for the lenses. So they rattled around getting scratched sitting on top of their case instead of in them. One lost in the mail?? The 5th pair then arrived with one of the arms not properly connected to the lens, which I also documented with a photo. Now instead of Glasses.com being embarrassed and taking full responsibility, I am being “handled” and refused any more replacement glasses, as if this mess has anything to do with me. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt to try to work this mess out but they essentially told me to go away. So tell the customer to go away (via email and phone) when you can’t produce an undamaged product. Great business model. 🤬 Part 2: My wife still ordered her pair of glasses from Glasses.com while I was in this mess and unbelievably they sent her someone else’s frames and prescription glasses. Her glasses are MIA. Like I started, you can’t make up this level of failure. I was a yearly customer for 4 years in a row without incident and now this kind of service? This is how they treat a repetitive customer? Now I see why other reviews said “Run away” as the company has drastically gone downhill.
