First, I already filled out a review and apparently fell on deaf ears. I would recommend you find the original review. It highlighted that I did not get the glasses I expected. The arms of the frame are too short, even though I used the numbers from the previous pair.

Ordered on 1/8/24 and have been waiting for them to ship for 45 days! Estimated Shipping date keeps getting incremented by 2 days automatically every day they haven't shipped. Called/chatted multiple times nobody seems to know what is going on. I finally got a senior rep that told me the mail room LOST my order when it was being shipped. They put in another order have to wait again. Latest offer was 40% off order and free express shipping. I hope the order is correct or we will be sending them back for a refund. Don't Do It! RUN AWAY.

I placed an order for prescription eyeglasses on Feb. 11, 2024, order # 71104390023575. The order was shipped on Feb. 13, 2024 via UPS, tracking number 92748902711556553117091480. The order/item was transferred to be handled by USPS on Feb. 17, 2024 in Orlando, FL. USPS tracking shows no shipping activity beyond that date, Feb. 17th with no idea as to when item might be delivered to me in Hallandale Beach, FL 33009. I am very unhappy about this. I have spoken to both UPS personnel and agents at Glasses. com, learning very little as to the timeliness of when the delivery might occur. Switching the order from UPS to USPS might save Glasses.com money in shipping costs but it inconveniences the customer. Glasses web site mentions "quick shipping." Quick but not reliable. If I get the glasses at all, it will be at least another week, the end of February. That means shipping time of over TWO weeks. Unacceptable.

Order processing was delayed more than a week as they needed my prescription. I uploaded the prescription when placing the order, per their instructions. Yesterday I received an email stating, "Records indicate [your order] has been delivered for some time and we hope you are loving your new look!" asking me to write this review. However, my order isn't scheduled to arrive until tomorrow. Glasses.com gets 1 star for processing and logistics. No idea yet if the glasses are good.

Glasses have not been delivered yet

My glasses had "lens prescripton" numbers embedded in the lenses. I have never seen or heard of this. I know that this is nothing specific to the brand that I choose because I already own a pair. This experience has been very bad to be blunt. I opted to get my glasses online because I felt that going into the store was slow and cumbersome. I have sent the glasses back for a refund, but now will have to go into the store to get a new pair. Hopefully someone reads this and does something about it.

My glasses feel like the right lense is going to fall out when cleaning them and the right arm is loose. I took them in to get tightened and they said they couldn’t do anything and it must be the way they are. I told glasses.com and they told me to take them in like I did and cancelled my replacement. Stuck now with glasses that feel like they are going to break. Not happy.
