I went to Glasses.com and chose some glasses and set up my prescription and lens choices and at 30% off was $238. I didn’t order so I received a 40% off offer, the a 50% off offer. I ran my choice in frames and lens at 40% off and then at 50% off and got the same price - $238. I then went to Costco and bought the glasses - similar frames and same lens - for $85. Glasses.com is a scam.

Purchased glasses and the lens was defective. Tried to get it replaced and they said it isn’t covered even though it was their fault work. SCAM Update: the messaged me below but ended up ghosting me again. Major SCAM. If I could choose no stars, I would.

Bought a pair of the "premium"passes from Glasses USA. shortly after the glasses broke due to a faulty earpiece. I called customer service they said they were going to give me a credit to get a different pair. I've had three different conversations via text message It finally got a hold of one person and all three of them told me they were going to do something that they never did I have all this on a paper. Hands down the worst customer experience I've ever dealt with every single time. I've never left a bad review in my life but this company does not do anything they say they're going to do at all. Horrible service.I have always used eyebuydirect, 11 pair of glasses from them so I thought I'd give somebody else a shot. Don't expect Glasses USA to follow through on anything they say. Talk to three representatives got three stories got lied to each time classes USA is extremely unprofessional does not honor their own policies at least their customer service reps do not. And the glasses are ordered way over a month ago still haven't showed up.

I have had the same prescription for most of my adult life. I have had 2 sets of glasses delivered, both had the wrong prescription. Normally I would think it was user error or something, but I quoted the prescription details over the phone directly to a rep for the second pair. This site was already awful for the sheer fact that discounts mean nothing using insurance money... But apparently they can't even manage to send a usable pair of glasses. Stay far far away.

Tried to order glasses off this site for an hour, it kept deleting the prescription, lenses or insurance every time we added it to our cart. Tried to use the chat for help, it would not send the message. Tried to call the customer service number, it kept wanting to sell us a life alert monitor. We kept pressing 2 for no, and finally got a real person and they also only wanted to sell us a life alert monitor. We said no we needed help with glasses but they just kept on with their sales pitch. We finally hung up, evidently life alert sales are more important then selling glasses.

Glasses.com is TERRIBLE. I ordered glasses, which never arrived. I've tried emailing customer service multiple times (no response). The chat bot is absolutely useless for anything other than simple tracking. The 1-800 number is a voice response engine, which simply refers back to the website. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! I've posted my experience to Insta, FB, Twitter/X and Reddit. Spread the word - this is customer service at it's worst.

It seem that it is common practice for glasses dot com/Lenscrafters to charge for products they don't have and delay on refunding you. They create a horrible system to navigate making the process difficult. Horrible customer service nearly 30 days after the glasses were supposed to be delivered no glasses nor refund. They really don't deserve 1 star.

My ordered was delayed multiple times. The company is impossible to get ahold of. The phone number, chat, and email links all circle through the same BOT system. When I indicated that I wanted to cancel my order then I said I can chat with a real agent. The agent was obviously also a BOT. Talked to two different agents between the second and third time my order was delayed. Same conversation with the same answers. No way humans would write that way and respond to my questions that way. There is something really wrong with the automation level of this company. When something goes wrong it a real disaster. This was my second order from them and I realize now that it isn't worth the savings in money.
