Do NOT EVER use Glasses.com!! I ordered in the beginning of December. I received glasses in mid January. They were someone else’s glasses. The frame was wrong, the prescription was wrong. I called them. I just received the 2nd pair. Guess what? It is COMPLETELY WRONG AGAIN. They basically stole my eyeglass benefit. I cannot begin to tell you just how much this company sucks. PLEASE heed my warning. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. I only gave them one star because I had no choice.

They lie about shipping date and offer little to no help with getting information on why the product has not shipped. Will never use again. Shipping date pushed back 4 times now with no explanation. Never again!

This company is a joke and my insurance company (all insurance companies) should stop linking to them for online orders. I used them only because LensCrafters was backed up by a month and I was desperate to get my glasses. It was difficult enough to place the order because the order page kept changing my birthdate. I was finally able to accurately input my information and upload my script after an hour. After 7 days, I checked on my order and it still said verifying prescription even though the uploaded paper prescription was right there under details of the order. I reached out via email and they stated they never received the uploaded prescription. 2 things are wrong here…1)I did, in fact upload my prescription as I live in CA and it’s mandatory. I actually clicked on the “see detail” link for my prescription and the paper copy was still there 2) why on earth would you not reach out to a customer to let them know something was wrong? Since my glasses will now arrive when I am out of town, I asked them to refund the expedited shipping charge I paid when I ordered the $300 glasses.(high RX, progressives transitions, blue light The brilliant customer service rep came back and tried to confirm that I wanted to cancel my order. Or you kidding? Could you read the email? I’ve been waiting 2 weeks now for my glasses. Why would I want to start the process over again. Listen to all the negative reviews and shop elsewhere.

45 days after my original order and they’re still in processing. Horrible customer service takes two days to get a response. Their solution was to just wait longer. Yet somehow they are very responsive to bad reviews. I wish I would have read reviews prior to ordering. More than half of the reviews are one star yet somehow still has a 3.8 rating which is a scam. Look at all of the reviews not just the ones they want you to see.

After 3 months of having my eyeglasses, one of the lenses cracks in a corner. Since the eyeglasses were new, and never had happened something like this to me, I reached out to the company, to my surprise and disappointment, the answer from the company was to find LensCrafters near me because they could not help me with the situation.

Ordered glasses from this website and after telling me they would be ready in 3-5 business days, it’s been three weeks and I still have no glasses. Simple distance vision prescription and they couldn’t get it done. NEVER AGAIN.

Horrid non existent customer service. Lost my glasses and can’t even get a person to rectify it. Use any company but them. Never again

Scam website. After inputting the same info 3 times, I was again asked to input my info. Frustrated, I waited an HOUR for customer service. She informed me the site was glitching. She also informed me they cannot input or check out customer orders thru chat. Do, altogether, I wasted two hours. Finally I was able to get through and went to my basket to check out. They “advertised lenses included” Yet, the total of my glasses on my desktop went from $103 to 303! No way! They want me to pay more than my insurance and they have gone back on their “lenses included” Screw them, I will go with another company. One that doesn’t lie.
