Terrible and time consuming website. They make you feel you're getting a good and fair deal when that is not the case. Up until I entered my insurance benifits, it was looking okay. When I did try using my benifits, the cost went up by $71. I than investigated what like glasses would cost me at a couple of local eyeglass stores and it came out on average using my benifits a savings of $40 vs. buying them from glasses.com

The expected ship date changed 5 days in a row by one day each day. Horrible experience.

I AM SO UPSET WITH GLASSES.COM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER 2 WEEKS FOR GLASSES THAT WAS SHIPPED WEEKS AGO. THE PHONE LINE IS A JOKE AND AFTER I DID THE CHAT WITH THEM MY CHAT WAS DISABLED. I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND EVERYWHERE ELSE THAT I CAN POST A REVIEW. I CAN ONLY USE MY EYE INSURANCE ONCE AND THEY TOOK IT.

I would give 0 stars my order still has not been received place 3 weeks ago. I received expedited shipping allegedly and then received a notification my account is over drawn because they have charged me again. This is terrible.

If I could put one star, I would. The glasses took over a month with zero explanation. They expedited shipping and it still took a week. Stay away from this site. It’s a scam.

Horrible site, horrible service and I don't even have my glasses yet. And based upon other reviews, I shouldn't expect my glasses any time soon. And it doesn't seem it's any cheaper here using my insurance than if I hadn't. I have 3 more pairs to order and I'll be going elsewhere. Awful.

Worthless. No employees, no communication other than repeated "sorry, your order is delayed," no response to requests for refund since I paid for expedited shipping. Still haven't received the whole order; the portion I did receive is horrible quality and bent so badly the glasses aren't wearable. Every email, phone call, and live chat gets the same response: sorry, we don't actually have employees or provide customer service, but why don't you waste more time and money trying to reach us again?

Do not order glasses from this company, you cannot speak to a person when problem. I was charged 79.00 too much and have told them however they say I paid…I did …paid too much. Also ordered glasses on April 26 and it’s May 19 still don’t have them. I don’t know if I will get my refund even tho my receipt is for the right amount but I do know I will never be able to speak with a person dealing with this company. One quick call could have cleared all this frustration up.
