I spent $685 on a beautiful pair of aviators. They came in with no nose pads. And no aftermarket ones will fit. Gotta love it. Only option is to return them. Mind you I waited 2 MONTHS for these glasses. Will never buy here again. 2 stars because I at least can get a refund but wow. What a waste of time.

Needed to change my pd measurement. I had made an attempt to calll or do a chat, apparently closed. Reached someone the next day and they were sending a message to the team. I then received a message that it could not be changed. That is the reason for 2 stars

I can’t believe that after playing for insurance I have $50 more to get my meta glasses replaced. The last person that I talk to was the only person willing to help me, one of them hung up on me and others were not helpful. So that’s why I have this company a 2 star.

Shipping and timing was great. One of the lenses isn’t in it and the frame isn’t connected though. I’m gonna try to super glue it together I guess

I purchased these because they were listed as white frames. These aren't white they're clear. It's very disappointing to spend this much money and have the wrong product. They're nice glasses I just wanted white NOT clear frames

I ordered progressive lenses and the frames look great, however the progression seems to run too low. I need to crane my head back in order to see my computer clearly and forget about the reader side. They are too low and thin to be effective.

Got one side of my prescription wrong but tried to tell me the technician had to “optimized” my prescription to fit the frame.
