Ordered 2 glasses on Dec 4th, received 1 after 2 weeks. Another set still not shipped on Dec 19th. Cannot go to order and even cancel. Unsatisfied with the service.

Terrible company. Ordered glasses that came with the temporary show room lenses loose scratching the hell out of the frames. Lenses were permanently brown for some reason. They had a glare that was so bad I couldnt wear them in light. They made my head hurt. When I asked them to process a return they gave me the we want to make it right BS so instead of a return let's send you new glasses. They tried to offer new frames to prevent my head from hurting and I told them it was the lenses. They wanted to review my script that I cannot find anymore. Told them just to process the return and they said here's 30% off your next order that I cant use with insurance. That means I would pay more. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

You sent me glasses with demo lenses? Where are my lenses?

My insurance was not used even though the first thing I did after signing in was make sure my insurance was in place. Then I was informed that because I used your discounts I couldn't use my insurance too. I don't remember any discounts. Then, the frames I saw and ordered were blue on silver. I saw pale blue I got dark navy. The glasses fit so very well. But I'll never use your company again.

Absolutely worst website experience I’ve ever had, it took me 6 hours to order my glasses due to the website glitching and not honoring my insurance.

If i could give 0 i would. where to start? they changed my prescription completely. they don't tell you when you order they don't segment the progressive lenses they all come at 24 which they ay is standard but 28-30 is standard.(wouldn't have even bought them) anti reflective stuff is already coming off. i can't see anything without tilting my head. then when i contact them about it, i get told they can replace them, but still won't segment so there is no point, won't return them won't release the claim on my insurance, so i contact my insurance to dispute the claim and have contacted my bank as i received a non working product. worst experience ever
