The first pair came with a loose and chipped lens. The replacement pair came and the lens had fallen out in the case. I will be taking it on an hour trip to Grand rapids for the second time to get it repaired at a LensCrafters. If I wanted to drive to LensCrafters I would have just ordered the glasses through them in the first place that's what I'll be doing from now on. Bottom line I ordered glasses from glasses.com on December 13th and I still don't have a usable pair.

Was planning to order glasses with my insurance. Have ordered twice before. While the website is difficult to navigate, I managed to apply my insurance, and have my order in the cart. When I was finally able to checkout (website issues), my saved credit card was applied, and checked out. On the order confirmation page, it showed price without insurance. Since only communication option was chat, I waited for about 45 min to chat. The chat agent acknowledged the problem, I asked to cancel order, agent assured me the order was cancelled. A few days later, I received an email stating my order had shipped. Again, via chat and email, agents acknowledged the mistake, but said I had to wait for arrival and then return. So now two days waiting for return label, trip to UPS store, and 2-3 week waiting for my refund. Getting glasses elsewhere

Website was non responsive. Support requests went unanswered for days, if at all. Box containing glasses arrived damaged. TH WORST!!

My rating for glasses.com is actually zero. My Rx is not complicated, my lenses are standard, yet after placing an order 12/15/2025, my order has not yet shipped - now almost a month later. I contacted Customer Service over a week ago and was lied to: my order was not in the final stage of preparing to ship. I suspect that the order is deliberately being delayed because I complained. never again.

This is the second order I have had to return to the company. The glasses come in all wonky and uneven. The glasses won't even fit on my nose because the gap between the nose pieces was too small and one bridge sat higher than the other.

I placed an order and requested & paid for next business day delivery. Not only did I not receive the replacement frames I ordered. I have been unable to get any customer service support. I've called the number the AI bot gives. It is a recording stating you have called outside normal business hours (9 AM to 5 PM EST), at 3 PM EST on a Wednesday. I sent an email to both the AI bot's email suggestion and the telephone recordings suggestion. All I have received back is a "Confirmation" of email received. After spending $170 on a pair of $80 frames to get them the next day, I will not recommend or order from this company ever again. If I wanted this type of service, I would have gone to Luck Optical in Fort Worth, Texas (Which is just down the road from me).
