Lenses were awful, blurry. Been waiting two days for a return label. Now I have to wait until my insurance is reimbursed so I can get another pair.

I paid for glasses that are the wrong prescription. I even uploaded a photo of my prescription and got a response that Glasses.com recieved it.

I received my glasses with the incorrect prescription. Ive contacted customer service via email to try and get them replaced. Hasn't been resolved yet due to this being the first day but I'm sure they'll help me rectify the issue.

Bad Customer Service. They filled prescription with wrong lenses. Then when you call them, they treat you like they don't give a rat.
