Got my glasses but on the ke se there’s 3 bubble I’m not sure if it’s the air bubbles or from the coating

Well after the second time you guys got the prescription right but they don’t tint green like I paid for!! The first time you sent the wrong prescription and then I had a crappy customer service person then I finally got a lady that was super nice the second time. But when I received them yesterday the didn’t have the green tint when I go outside! So I’d say somewhere between you all and putting the order in and who’s actually making your glasses for y’all is definitely costing yall money because they can’t get things right!!!! After waiting a month and a half for glasses I don’t think I’d order from yall again because of this!!

I just received the glasses and something is terribly wrong, I cannot see through them. I can't use them.

You put the wrong lenses in them I can't see out of them I whont a new pair or a refund

Received the wrong item. I ordered sunglasses with Black frame, but received Clear frame with clear prescription glasses. The order is completely messed up and adding delays.

I was shipped the incorrect prescription with my glasses. Rx was correctly loaded on my end and I received a completely different prescription. I went to chat, as recommended and associate that was helping basically said that the burden of fixing this mistake would fall on me. I have to find a printer and print a return label. I have to find a drop off. I have to patiently wait 7-10 days after I do all of this work to return your mistake. When I asked to have a supervisor call me or message me to fix the issue glasses.com made, the chat was abruptly ended on me. After this, I phoned customer service and was being told the same thing until I said that was unacceptable. Finally the associate that was on the phone said that she could make a special “one time” exception and reprocess my order correctly and would send me a physical return label to return the incorrect glasses. It blows my mind that you made the mistake and I’m being punished for it. After this order, I will definitely find an alternative company to do my business with. This could have been a very easy fix without victim blaming me and putting the burden of the mistake on my shoulders. Just unbelievable.

Customer service was incredibly disappointing. I tried to return my glasses, but the process was far more difficult than it should have been. Every time I submitted a question through the chat feature, it immediately replied with “Your conversation has ended.” I also emailed the address provided and never received a response. After two attempts, I finally reached a real person, and only just managed to get the information I needed before the call disconnected.
