Frame color I choose on line was supposed to be lite blue the frames I received are dark blue

Great! The glasses came in and look perfect!! I have to say disappointed in the case they came in. Cheesy case…. Overall good experience.

The ordering process was easy and the prices were very reasonable, with the sale that was running at the time. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 star rating is because when I applied my insurance to the order, the price doubled. It was cheaper to order without the insurance and apply my military discount.

The glasses coach sunglasses were very nice but the vision through them was not the correct prescription. Donna’s I have to send them back.

I ordered eyeglasses from glasses.com for the first time. I received the glasses within 9 days and they were of high quality. I used Medicare insurance and the price could not have been better. However, when I tried to add extra features, a price would show up, but when I actually added the extra feature, the price increased more than what was originally shown. So in the end, I wound up not ordering any extra features. I also couldn’t find frames that were in the 48 to 51 mm range. I wound up ordering 53 mm as that was the smallest I could find. In the future, I would try to contact Customer Service and ask if they had any frames in that 48 to 51 mm range that would’ve been a better fit for me. I’m still giving glasses.com a four star rating because of their pricing, customer service, and their fast and free shipping.

This was my first time ordering prescription glasses online so I was a little nervous. The glasses were delivered in less than a week and when I tried them on, they were perfect in every way. No issues with the prescription or the fit. The only thing lacking was the communication from the company. I would have liked a way to check the progress of the order. But that would in no way be a deal breaker. I will order from them again. Their prices are less than my eye doctor's and they work with my eyeMed insurance.
