The left lens has a smudge internal to the lense or a scratch that gives the inner portion of the lense a blurry like vision like a smudge you can't clean away.

They sent the frames without my lenses.

Took 3 weeks to get my glasses. Stuck in the same shipping facility for 6 days. Chatted with them and was told they were lost. Then magically they arrived. One of the lenses didn't even have the prescription in it. I ordered the thinnest lens possible and it's twice as thick as my glasses from Costco. My prescription hasn't changed but my current glasses are scratched so I wanted new ones. Guess I'll order from somewhere else. This place is awful.

Wrong frame made in China not Italy like it shows on your site. Has scratches on the lens I guess thats what it is not sure. Not sure what the lens or cheap plastic looks like something that would come out of Dollar store.

My lenses were installed in reverse. Cannot use my glasses.

Cannot see with these lenses. Up close is fine. Distance is all blurred. Need fixed. To be able to wear them

Wow. I can't remember the last time I had such a frustrating experience ordering glasses online. My original order arrived without issue, but after deciding I didn't like the frame, I contacted customer service to exchange them for a different style. When the replacement arrived, it was the exact same frame as the first pair. I reached out again to request another exchange and mentioned that I still hadn't received any return labels. I was told I couldn't process an exchange until the glasses were in transit back to them, which was understandable. Once I mailed them and saw they were in transit, I contacted customer service again and was very specific about the frame I wanted. Today, I received the replacement. The frame is finally correct, but the lenses are not prescription lenses. At this point, I'm back to square one and facing another return process. My only hope is that the insurance reversal is handled correctly, because the ordering experience has been one issue after another.

My purchase was obviously flawed when it arrived. One of the arms was visibly screwed on in a crooked manner. Whomever worked on the glasses should be ashamed for letting a product ship with faulty craftsmanship
