It supposed to be transition glasses as per my order. But it doesnt transition in sun.

Frame was damaged around where the lens is. I assume this damaged was caused by whoever put the lens on the frame. Have to do a return and get a refund on expensive designer brand frames.

It took 4 weeks for me to receive my glasses. I attempted to call and cancel so I could get my insurance claim released. I was told it would take 30 days AFTER they received the returned glasses. I would NEVER use them again. Delivery date changed 4 times.

My prescription I provided was not used. The customer service person wasn’t helpful. The frames were correct and looked nice but the lenses were incorrect wrong PD and prescription. I’ve had so much success in the past it is disappointing the customer service and quality received with this order.

The sunglass I received have a OS cylindrical value of -0.69. My prescription is +0.69. Since I am not able to call up my order I do not know if it is my mistake or yours. In any event I have a pair of sunglasses I cannot use. Disappointed.

I placed my order 3 weeks ago, and every time I checked the shipping it had not moved and for example on Feb 24 the estimated shipping became Feb 25. Then on the 25 it became Feb 26. So on and so forth. I finally got ahold of an actual human today, and was on the phone 30 minutes before being told that the frame I ordered sold out and that's why they hadn't been shipped. Nobody reached out to me in the THREE WEEKS I've been waiting to let me know. 3 weeks of being unable to see. Then I try and pick a new frame on the website, nothing loads. So I said you know what, just give me the refund, and I'm told it'll be another 5 days before that refund is processed. Absolutely ridiculous

I was given someone else's perception

The glasses did not fit correctly and the lenses were very strong. I checked with the company and they asked to me to return it which i did and it has been more than 3 weeks and i have not gotten my refund. I also have protection on it from asurion. The customer experience is very poort
