Glasses looked good after having to fix them. They didn't come in a glass protection case causing them to be bent and twisted when I received them. I was happy with the product just not the condition they arrived in. Otherwise I wouldn't given 5 stars.

All in all the experience was good. The glasses seem to be exactly what I ordered. Would have been 10/10 but when I received an email saying my glasses were being delivered and to click a link to track package the link didn't work so I chatted with you CS person and they couldn't find the package or the tracking number. This didn't instill confidence in your shipping systems. As, I stated though, all in all I was pleased and would order glasses through Glasses.com again.

I loved the convenience of the website and the ease in finding the pair that I wanted. I didnt get an email saying that it was delivered to my pick up location and was forced to go by the tracking info they gave in my shipped email. Pick up was very smooth and easy once I got there to pick them up. I did however have some trouble with the glasses as only one of the lens transitioned and the other did not. I sent an email in regards to it and when I didnt get an email back for a week I was finally able to find time during the day to live chat with someone on their website and got it all figured out, and I am getting a replacement pair, and was told that I will get an email sent when my new pair is shipped. Just a little worried that I will run into the same problem again with the lenses or that I will not get an email that they have either been shipped or delievered.

Good glasses, but need receipt for HRA reimbursement. A packing list was included with my glasses. I requested a receipt that shows necessary information via email and did not get a response.

Very simple to browse and buy glasses. Good prices on name brands if you're in to that.

Frustrating attempt to correct a shipping address error after the order was placed through glasses.com. Could not be fixed just 2 hours after the order was placed. UPS to the rescue. Otherwise a good experience and nice glasses.

I gave glasses.com 4 stars mainly because they refunded me for glasses that were stolen off my porch, and I recognize not a lot of businesses would do that. I will say their customer service is hit or miss, I’ve had better luck talking over live chat versus email. They have a good glasses selection but it’s hard to fully know the size of the glasses you’re getting - I had to return a pair because they were huge on me compared to the pictures and the try on via webcam. I also received those glasses in 2 days, which was the fastest I’ve ever received glasses when ordering online. Just my experience, but I do greatly appreciate their refund of my stolen package - relieved immense stress.
