Your website was a nightmare to place an order. After several attempts insurance finally synchronized. Several more attempts to try to get my First Responder Discount but never verified my active account. Glass very nice high quality but due to the curved frames unable to use. I believe I'm experiencing what is know as the fish bowl effect. Due to the strength of my prescription I will not be able to use the glasses. I would like a full refund of my money.

I selected some glasses and the total for everything was $348. I notice that insurance wasn't entered. I entered my insurance and it was recognized. It now shows that the cost has increased to $478 with insurance bringing the cost down to $348. My insurance covers two pairs of glasses.

I loved how easy the website was to use. I loved the frames when they were delivered, but the progressive lens was not in the correct spot and the lenses looked cloudy, not clear at all. I contacted customer service to return them and was told I would receive the instructions in an email with the return label. A week went by, and no email came. I got back on the website and chatted with someone, and they gave me the label in the chat. I printed the label and sent them back. Somehow, the package was never scanned by the mail carrier. The address where the glasses should have gone was GA, but somehow they went to Salt Lake City UT, So it took from Feb 24th to March 6th for the glasses to be returned. Glasses.com received the glasses on March 6th, and I still have not heard anything from them. So I got on the website and chatted again today and was told the same thing I was told when I asked to return them. This company does not care about customer service. Been the worst experience I have ever had with glasses. I should have stuck with ordering from an in-person place because online is a JOKE>

They don't deserve this 1 star review. It should be negative 10. Ordered glasses in 2023, no issue at all. This year- 2/26. I purchased Gucci frames that came with a blank card of authenticity and couldn't see a thing out of the glasses. They chose to "Optimize " my prescription. I needed to call 3 different times for the return shipping label that was promised 24- 48 hrs after my 1st call. Seems they are selling fake designer frames at designer costs since my certificate of authenticity was blank! Terrible service and I even spoke with a supervisor. Bottom line, terrible experience and worse customer service.

Tried to send back because they are wrong. Live chat doesn't work. No phone number or email on the contact page. Filled out return form and didn't receive it. Site says 48 hours.

The nose piece, where lens attaches is loose so the whole lens wobbles. Prescription is off can’t wear it more than half an hour while driving. Currently wearing old glasses. Not a good experience workmanship quality is extremely low since the lenses are not secured properly to the nose pierce prescription not done correctly, so not comfortable to use overall that experience.

I placed an order a week ago, the charge was pending on my credit card. Then all of a sudden the charge dropped and the order was canceled. No notice was given at purchase or when it was canceled.

My Rx is = +2.25 and I was sent +.25
