I have to say that I was very concerned reading reviews after I spent $500 on a pair of sunglasses. I did no research beforehand. I was hoping for the best but preparing for the worst. I ordered a pair of Oakley’s w/prescription lenses. I ordered on a Sunday and got the glasses in less than two weeks. The prescription is as accurate as I would expect. I think the difference was that my glasses were produced and sent out of GA from what looks like a third party company. Bottom line is if you are looking for cheap glasses you will get what you pay for. Don’t skimp on your vision!

Ordered my glasses on the 11th, got them about a week later. Prescription was good, frames are good and the price was good. Bonus, unlike some of the other online order sites this was in network.

I just received my glasses today from glasses.com, and I really enjoyed dealing with them. They excepted my insurance ,which was great considering most other online store wanted cash up front, and I would need to get reimbursed from my insurance company. I ordered my glasses on 4/8/22, and received them on 4/14/22. Customer service was very nice. All of those working on my glasses , stayed in touch with an update by an email. I was worried due to the bad reviews that I seen on this site. But I'm glad that I gave them a try. Very pleased !

I ordered a pair of glasses on January 27th, 2022 and I just received my glasses today February 5th 2022. I am very happy that my order came so fast. When I received my tracking number from Glasses.com it did take a couple days for UPS to update in the system with the 18 digit number. But after that my fears resolved. I will recommend to friends and family and also order from them again.

Got exactly what I ordered, right prescription that I sent. Looks and feels great and very fast shipping. Highly recommend.

I don't generally go out of my way to write reviews, but given the overwhelmingly negative reviews here I wanted to put my two cents in. My experience with this company was fine. The one interaction I had with customer service wasn't stellar, but it was ultimately a minor issue that I was able to resolve on my own. Ordering went smoothly, my glasses are exactly what I wanted, and the whole process took about a week and a half from order to delivery. I can only speak to my own experience, but they're not nearly as terrible as the reviews might lead you to believe. I'll likely go through them again next time I need glasses.

Look closely at other online glasses reviews on trustpilot... they say “invited.” It doesn’t appear that glasses.com invites people to write reviews on trust pilot. Why? Because they are owned by the ultra mega conglomerate Luxottica... they don’t need to. So reviews here are from angry customers only. And there are so few compared to the fact that they most likely own the designer rights to the glasses you are looking at. As far as I’m concerned, a tight supply and manufacturing chain by a mega corporation is the reason I got perfect glasses made, shipped and delivered in FOUR business days. You can’t beat that.
