The ordering process was straight forward, and the introduction of insurance was seamless. I am impressed with the turnaround time and so far can only complain that the glasses are overly tight fitting over my ears. The online process does not have the human touch at the final stage...fitting the glasses individually, and that would be welcome as I don't want to damage my new glasses trying to DIY the fit. Overall, I give Glasses.com a 9 out of 10 until they can reach out over the internet and perform that final fit.
