Excellent experience. LensCrafters was going to charge me $318. I paid $106 for the exact same glasses and frames. Also found it interesting that it was cheaper to purchase without using my insurance.

Service rep was extremely polite and very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He even waited on the phone while I went down a flight of stairs to my car to retrieve my eye exam paper work. He was also extremely patient while I called the place of my last exam to get my measurements. Great guy!
