When I contacted you all to return my sunglasses because they were not right, I got a refund but the sunglasses were not re-made. I had to contact you all and start all over. Luckily the agent that helped me was quick and even found a better price. Glad it all worked out.

Good choices for a good price… would have given 5 stars but my prescription sunglasses that came today, arrived already cockeyed and uneven.

Great service from website order but disappointed on frames not looking like virtual photo- I should have went into a physical store to try on frames rather than ordering online. Also the Transitional lenses take a very long time to return clear when come inside from outdoors so typically I am back to using my old frames these were to replace.

*Update order finally arrived without status ever being updated. Definitely a zero for shipping experience. The glasses arrived in decent shape despite no padding in box. Probably because of the glasses case. I've since found same frames they charged me/insurance over $100 for $50 elsewhere. But not having to drive into town, wait on someone to call me over to pick out frames, dealing with someone in my personal space, handing me frames in the $300 range (getting side eye for asking for lower prices), the office trying to talk me into options I don't want, then struggling to pay the half just to order glasses, then waiting 2 weeks to pick up and then struggling to pay 2nd half and allowing someone else to adjust my glasses and giving me the same hints I've gotten for over 40 years was amazing. I ordered glasses on Dec 19. They "shipped" to usps from ups Dec 22. I contacted the company today Dec 27 and was told wait a couple more days to file a claim after failing to arrive on the predicted date twice now. I wish I had read reviews and ordered somewhere else. Only reason I did was supposed ease of using my insurance on the website. These aren't a luxury item for me, I use them to see. The price was NOT deeply discounted either, definitely average market value or a little over. I regret going for convience over supporting my local eye doctor. This company should have a reliable tracking system for customers. So disappointed.

Missing nose adjustment modifiers ($40 value) for Oakley frames. The only reason I knew about the modifiers were the instructions that were with the frame. But lens are good.

First red flag was the glasses were loose in this large box. I was expecting at least a generic box for the glasses, but they were in a little cloth bag loose in a large cardboard box. I waited nearly two weeks for them, and they arrived with a hairline fracture in the lense. To me, there is no personal touch or care with these glasses. Also I was very surprised at how cheap the arnette frames I purchased felt. I paid 130 bucks which in terms of prescription glasses is not a huge amount, but I at least expected a case and no crack? Overall I realize now I should have stuck with warby parker. I have ordered tons of glasses from them no issues ever. Not a great first impression glasses.com

Ordered prescription glasses two weeks ago with Express Delivery (Aug 5th to Aug 10th EST Delivery). On the 10th I contacted them asking why I had not received my glasses yet. They informed me that glasses have a 10 day turn around then are shipped. Can't expect people to pay express shipping with anticipated delivery dates. I asked for a refund on my express shipping. The next day they canceled my order & labeled it a manufacturing issue. They said I would have to re-order & experience waiting roughly two weeks again. Glasses can be made in as little as two hours in-store, why would someone go here? Not sure how it takes two weeks let alone canceling someone's order then making them wait even more time for glasses. Happy I waited two weeks & still have to walk around blind, not. EDIT: Increase from 1 to 3 stars: a customer service rep reached out & offered a substantially discounted pair of glasses & they offered an accelerated delivery service. While I do not think I will be back - I do commend them for rectifying the issue.
