In February 2020 I purchased lenses and frames! Total came to $215! Good deal, since I wear no line bifocals! In July the frame broke! Ordered the same style so that my lenses would fit. It is now October 2020, and this frame broke! l the frame fell apart!!!!You do get what you pay for! The frames are cheap, and they don't last long! Will never buy from them again! I'll stick with 39 dollar glasses. Been using them for 3 years! No problems!

I ordered glasses and uploaded my prescription on their site. However, there is no where on my confirmation or any paperwork with my glasses that were delivered that confirm what prescription was used and if the add ons I purchased were included. They preferred sending me a return label than actually confirming the details of my glasses.

This website is full of glitches that doesn't make u feel confident in ur purchase ..cant reset forgotten password ...system was saying it was waiting on my prescription that was already uploaded and accepted ...just awful

I received my glasses in a little over two weeks which didn't seem bad. The lenses work great and I like the look of the glasses. The fit is horrible. I sent them the information they requested on a pair of glasses that fit well and what I received are tight and not long enough. I honestly don't know if I will ever be able to use them. This is precisely what my optometrist warned me about when I told him I was going to order glasses on-line to save money. Looks like this purchase is going to cost me money instead.

I ordered 2 pairs, I thought they were both nice,the prescription was spot on but one pair was too large for my face. Here's the problems start: It took no less than 5 emails to get a return authorization. 5 times of me asking for it. 5 times of being assured I would receive it promptly. Only one was true, after I got bluntly rude. Said glasses returned - I got the confirmation. I was told to wait a month from receipt for my refund. Nothing.I did wait over a weekend before I contacted them. Twice told - oh how sorry they were and would push the approval thru.Third time [another 5 days] told, oh every one was JUST sent to work at home, but she would push it thru. I pointed out the time frame and that there was plenty opportunities for this to be complete prior to the COVID19 and that someone had better figure it out. No affect - their customer service is a shallow pool of nincompoops. So today, almost 2 weeks after starting this chase, I might actually get my money back. A response to yet another rude email, included what might be the refund authorization.
