If The was a negative score I'd give it. Never used this site for myself nor would i ever now. This site allowed someone to fraudulently purchase a very expensive pair of glasses using my identity and Affirm account, when pointing out the error i was told to contact ups, after fighting on the phone for an hour and a half with ups and getting someone to say they would hold the package when it got to its next destination i was informed today that the package i didn't order was delivered to whomever in Florida ( i live in Michigan). I wear glasses and will be damned if i ever actually use this site for myself now after their lack of effort to give a damn about the situation and insensitivity.

Company took forever to even make my glasses, they didn't even ship until a full week after the latest date I was originally quoted, and when I did finally get them the right lens was chipped in 3 places. They also said they'd refund my express shipping cost since it was taking so long, and as of the writing of this review this has not happened, so instead I'll just be refunding the entire order. Never ordering from here again.

Glasses to small. And transition prescription was not layed out correctly. To much reading lower part and not enough of regular site for top of lenses. Sent them back for refund waiting on shipping label still not in my email.

Oh dear what a mess of glasses orders … all screwed up as if they were purposely squeezed and stretched out, just crazy bad period. I will return these for the second time and never recommend to purchase from this pathetic company again, retail or online.

I ordered a pair of high end Oakley glasses 3/10/26. The order and shipping went well. Unfortunately when the glasses came the frames were too small for progressives. Being I am not an optical professional, I had no idea. It should have been up to glasses.com to confirm this and not proceed with the order. I called upon receiving the glasses and after being disconnected 4 times I finally received confirmation the replacement was being shipped. I lost 20 dollars after picking a different frame because they will only send a different pair, but I need glasses to see at my job, so I ate the 20 bucks. I was ensured that they would be expedited and express shipped. Here we are 10 days later no communication no glasses nothing. Meanwhile I am getting headaches daily from the small frames straining to see and I come home 5 days a week with a stiff neck having to constantly look up just to see the charts and the monitors at work. This place has lost me permanently as a customer- Trust me, look elsewhere as they don’t care about customer needs and their QA is non existent. I’ll pay the extra for a local shop.

Received my replacement glasses, but they are still not correct. Tried to initiate a return last night and received an email this morning saying they have already sent the replacement. I know they resent the replacement; the replacement glasses are the ones I want to return and get a refund.

They MODIFY your prescription! My modified prescription is NOT better, cannot see any farther, actually see less as they reduced the strength. A replacement order was made to actually use my doctor's provided prescription, which they still did not use. Then they start arguing with you claiming it is accurate! And if you select the ultra-thin lens option, they won't do it. The website clearly list high prescription "above +3.6" or "below -3.6", but they do not follow their own website. Customer service is terrible, they are not in America and have trouble with English (actually had trouble reading / seeing the numbers in the email and attachments). It has taken 6 weeks so far, still with BAD lenses. Also, they engrave lenses with a O and a 20 and a big T on the middle to the bottom of the outside edge, still in your line of sight

They sent me kids size glasses and won’t send me a return from. Now I have to dispute through my credit card and insurance to get my benefits back. No one picks up the phone there and the chat function is 100% AI, no real people reply.
