I received my order sooner than I expected. Glasses.com adjusted my prescription to work in the frames I chose. Quintella, in Customer Service and Josephine, Customer Care Stylist, were very helpful with my inquiries. This was a good online ordering experience and I would recommend Glasses.com to anyone wanting to purchase prescription glasses online.

Excellent value, easy ordering experience, and my new glasses look/fit great

The process was very easy and the glasses came quickly. I do think that the add-on options for the glasses made the price add up fast and so the price that I was initially shown was not very accurate compared to the end result however I do think it was a good experience and I will probably use them again.

It's much easier to purchase through this website than at a store. I can clearly see (no pun intended) all the different options and features, compare them to see what's best for me, and there's no pressure. This is second time I've purchased through Glasses.com and I'll definitely be coming back.
